What does Notomo require?

Notomo requires macOS 15 or newer.

Does it replace Apple Notes?

No. Apple Notes remains where your notes live. Notomo adds formatting, commands, Skills, and assistant workflows around it.

Can I try Notomo for free?

Yes. You can use Notomo free for 14 days. After that, it moves to a one-time purchase with lifetime use on the Macs covered by your license.

How will pricing work?

Notomo is planned as a one-time purchase—not a subscription. Early Bird pricing will start around $14.99 for one Mac. See the pricing page for the planned tiers and license limits.

Can I choose my own AI provider?

Yes. Notomo does not include AI credits. Connect ChatGPT (account or API), Gemini CLI, Google API, OpenRouter, or Cloudflare Workers AI and pay your provider directly. You pick the connection and model in Settings.

Why does it need permissions?

Notomo uses macOS Accessibility and Apple Events so it can understand the active Apple Notes window and place results back into your writing flow.

Where are my notes stored?

Your notes stay in Apple Notes. Notomo does not create a replacement notes database.
