Refund Policy

If Notomo does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will help resolve the issue or approve a refund request under this policy.

14-day refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your first Notomo license purchase. Refunds are intended for cases where Notomo does not meet your needs or does not work as expected on your Mac.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

How to request a refund

Email hi@notomo.app with the email address used for purchase and your Paddle order number, if available.

You may also request purchase help through Paddle order support. Paddle is the merchant of record for Notomo payments and processes refunds to the original payment method.

After a refund

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. Refunded licenses may be deactivated. Repeated purchases, refund abuse, or requests outside the refund window may be declined where allowed by law.

Taxes, currency conversion, bank timing, and payment-method behavior may depend on Paddle, your payment provider, and your country or region.
